Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday.

Free Shipping for orders > $50

Lucky Owl will ship all orders > $50 within the United States for free. Shipping will be standard ground via FedEx or USPS. Orders < $50 will incur a $5.95 shipping fee. Lucky Owl does not currently ship outside the United States.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Orders shipped to the continental U.S. can be expected within 4-8 business days. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can be expected within 8-14 days.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS. 

DOT restricted

DOT restricted including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation.
